Adidas has teamed up with Snoop Dogg again to bring the Snoop Dogg adizero 8.0 Cleats. The cleats feature a sock-like construction for a locked-in feel and are built with a tongue and heel pulls. The cleated outsole delivers enhanced grip to allow you to stop and go on a dime. To swag it out more the Snoop Dogg editions feature gold highlights with Three Stripe Life in black on the toe. The Florida Gators have released their team version of the Jordan 1 retro cleat. The cleat comes in the Gators Blue and Orange colorway with the gator head logo on the tongue of the cleats. The bottoms showoff a blueish iridescent finish to help the cleat pop even more on the field. The Gators have now joined the other Jordan sponsored college football teams that have received their version of the Jordan 1 team cleat.

The Carolina Panthers have updated their jerseys to the new Nike’s “Vapor Untouchable” model uniforms. The new lightweight jerseys have been designed with no panels on the front and fewer seams to allow for increased mobility and range of motion. There are a few minor cosmetic changes as the Panther head has been removed from the side of the pants, the dazzle cloth on the shoulders has been done away with, and the Panthers will wear a 25 seasons patch in addition to the NFL 100 logo on the collar.

“Guys had worn these uniforms with other teams or at the Pro Bowl and they came back and said how much they liked the fabric and how it plays – that’s the most important thing for them. It’s kind of like shrink wrap on you. Very form-fitting. But you can move well in it.” - equipment manager Don Toner

Before this season, the Panthers and Packers were the only clubs who hadn’t switched over to the updated templates.

The complex cost about $98 million and features new suite seating, new offices for the coaching staff, and a new weight room, locker room and sports medicine facility. Southeast Missouri's football team has revealed their new all black uniform. The team’s black jerseys showoff red numbers and trim with the wordmark Redhawks stitched in red across the chest. On both sides of the shoulders we see the Redhawk logo. The black jersey will be paired with black pants and black helmets to complete the blackout look. On the pants there is a red stripe on each leg with SEMO embroidered in black lettering inside the red stripe on the left side.

The team will wear the black unis for their "Black Out" game against Southern Illinois on Aug. 29.

As football season starts Mississippi State revealed their newly renovated locker room. The locker room now has a total of 121 new, state-of-the-art lockers installed that feature custom graphics, illuminated nameplates, enhanced seating, LED lighting, electrical outlets and charging ports. The updates to the locker room space also includes custom wall graphics, fresh paint and LED lighting on the ceilings. The player’s lounge also received upgrades with fresh paint, carpet and lighting, arcade games, and a new barber shop area.

The Ravens are continuing their tradition of giving players practice jersey patches for accomplishments on and off the field. We see players with dagger patches meant to represent how many playoff berths they have clinched with the team. They also have Super Bowl champion patches and AFC North champion patches for if the player has won the league or division with the team. There is also a participation in offseason work out program patch. This is a fun and unique way to reward their players.

Madden has released their 4 players that will be a part of the Madden 99 Club with 99 overall ratings. In honor of the elite group Nike athletes received custom Nike or Jordan cleats. Aaron Donald, Khalil Mack, and Bobby Wagner each received white and gold footwear personalized to coincide with their playing style. Aaron Donald and Khalil Mack were both given Nike Force Savage Elites cleats. Bobby Wagner who is a Jordan athlete was gifted Air Jordan 1s cleats. In addition to the players receiving the cleats they will also be available in the Madden 20 game. The fourth player to receive a 99 overall is DeAndre Hopkins, who is an adidas athlete.
