• To enter: Please complete the form above. Only one entry per email will be entered into the drawing. 

• A winner will be chosen at random within 72 hours of the conclusion of the giveaway. 

• Giveaway starts October 19, 2021 at 8:00 pm (EST) and ends October 121, 2021 at 8:00 pm (EST).

• Eligibility: Must be a resident of the Unites States. Participants with a mailing address outside of the United States will not be eligible to win the giveaway.

• Winner notification: Winner must respond to UNISWAG's email within 24 hours with requested information to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within the 24 hours, another winner will be chosen at random.

• Only one bobblehead will be given to one winner.
