The Padres are honoring the 1998 National League Championship team. The team went all with the full uniform and included a special patch in honor of late Padres Kevin Towers and Rob Picciolo as they celebrate the 20th anniversary of the National League Championship team.

In honor of Mother's Day adidas Baseball is coming out with a customizable, special edition version of the adizero Afterburner, which can be personalized through adidas’ miadidas. The special edition cleats feature a traditional tattoo-inspired graphic on the tongue set in the outline of home plate. The white cleat features a unique pink splash on the body.

"The unique two-tone graphic pattern was inspired by the idea of sliding into a home plate that had been freshly painted pink to celebrate Mother’s Day and having paint splash onto the cleats."- adidas

We will see the cleats take the field on over 150 members of the adidas baseball roster on Mother's Day weekend. adidas's newest superstar Aaron Judge will come out in a custom PE of the cleats. Judge's cleats will feature strawberries dipped in chocolate, which he regularly sends his mother on Mother's Day.

We see the dipped strawberry on the tongue of the cleats and sockliner which also features his mom's initials, PJ.

This years Memorial Day hats for the MLB feature a black camo cap with an Army green visor and button. The team's logos are embroidered in black with that same Army green outline. On the sides we see our five-star Military mark embroidered at the right side, New Era flag at the left side and the MLB Batterman logo at the rear.
