The Los Angeles Dodgers are the latest MLB team to release their special City Connect uniform. The new look pays tribute to the team’s connection with its Latin fan base with ‘Los Dodgers’ across the chest of the jersey and hat. For the first time in team history we will see the Dodgers wear blue jerseys and pants together. On the sleeves of the jersey there is a special detail that is meant to be a spray-panted accent, as a nod to the LA art and mural scene.
"The City Connect uniforms were familiar by design, as any changes to our uniform are significant. The Dodgers uniform has gone largely unchanged since the team moved to Los Angeles in 1958. We don't have a third jersey, we don't wear different jerseys based on days of the week or the pitchers' preference, so an all-blue uniform with spray paint accents and anything but our iconic LA cap are drastic changes for us."-Dodger executive vice president and chief marketing officer Lon Rosen
The Los Angeles Angels and Cleveland Indians will play in 2021 Little League Classic. For the matchup both teams will sport special uniforms for the occasion. The designs draws its inspiration from the actual uniforms worn in the Little League World Series. Both team’s region are featured across the chest of the jersey, with the Angels representing the West and the Indians the Great Lakes region. The caps for both teams will feature a side patch with the state outline and region in a banner running across it.
The Chicago White Sox and New York Yankees will be playing a game in Dyersville, Iowa as they recreate the ‘Field of Dreams’ field for a special game. Both teams will sport retro 1919 inspired uniforms for the special game.
The Chicago White Sox will go with a pin stripe edition uniform that features a pin stripe hat and old school SOX logo on the jersey. The Yankees have moved from midnight navy blue to black with their lettering on a gray jersey and a black hat.
The Durham Bulls have revealed special Stranger Things inspired uniforms for their upcoming Stranger Things Weekend. The look takes its inspiration from the iconic Starcourt Mall with a black base and neon pink and blue colors. Across the chest of the jersey is the Starcourt Mall logo with Durham Bulls in the unique font that mimics the mall’s sign. The hats will feature the Bulls logo in the neon pink with the Starcourt Mall logo behind it.
The San Francisco Giants are the latest team to reveal their City Connect Uniform. The uniform puts a focus on the Giants orange and draws inspiration from the fog that is iconic in the Bay Area. The front of the jersey features the Giants G with a special gradient pattern that is meant to resemble fog the gradient continues on the back numbers of the jersey. We see the city’s iconic Golden Gate Bridge, and the historical landmark makes appearances across the jersey’s sleeves as well as the side of the uniform’s orange cap.

The Giants will wear the special look for every Tuesday home game for the remainder of this season.
The MLB has revealed the 2021 All-Star Game jerseys for each team. The National League will have white jerseys while the American League will be in Navy blue. On the cuff of the sleeves and inside of the neck is a floral pattern. On the front of the two button jersey will be the teams abbreviation running down the left side of the chest with the club’s main logo over top of it. Take a look at each team’s jersey below.

The MLB has revealed the 2021 4th of July hats. Each team will either have a navy blue or red colored cap with their main logo in Stars and Stripes on the front. Seen on the right side of the cap is a logo paying tribute to where the team’s home is with either city or state abbreviation. Below the abbreviation will be USA located in-between two stars to finish off the patriotic theme.
The Chicago Cubs are the latest team to reveal their ‘City Connect’ alternate uniform. The look pays respect to all 77 neighborhoods in Chicago. The dark blue jersey features “Wrigleyville” across the chest written to mirror the shape of the Wrigley’s marquee. Dark blue pants will be paired with the jerseys. The hat has the iconic Cubs’ C logo with a light blue bill and red star which is meant to represent the Chicago Flag. The finishing touches come on the shoulder patch which has the Chicago Y, inspired by Wolf Point, a y-shaped intersection of the Chicago River that cleaves the city into three neighborhoods, and ‘Respect our Neighborhoods’ on the jock tag of the jersey.
