Florida officially switched over from Nike to Jordan as their football uniform provider this offseason. The equipment team has released their versions of Jordan cleats for the team. The Alpha Menace Elite, Alpha Menace Pro Low, Vapor Untouchable 3, and the Vapor Untouchable Speed 3, both have a base color of white with Florida orange and blue found throughout them.

Texas Football will be traveling in style for week one. The team will be rocking the Texas Longhorns edition of the Zoom KD 11 kicks as their travel shoes. Texas stays traditional on the field with minor changes coming with their uniforms but we will see the team back to rocking black socks and cleats for home games. The Panthers are introducing another new uniform combo for their upcoming preseason game. Last week we saw the team wear their blue jersey with white pants for the first time in franchise history. For their preseason match up with the Patriots the Panthers are going with another new combo of blue tops with black pants. 

“It’s really coming from the players,” equipment manager Don Toner said. “They’re the ones who wanted to try something different.”

For 2018 the NFL has expanded the designated My Cause, My Cleats games from Week 13 to Week 16 totaling 32 games.
