With the start of College football comes the special team shoes from Nike and Adidas. The top nike schools will receive the Nike Zoom Pegasus 38 in their teams colors with the logo on the heel and team slogan on the tongue. For the top Adidas teams their shoes will be the UltraBoost 21 and feature the team colorway with the logo on the tongue and back tag of the shoes. NC State will kick off their season wearing special uniforms honoring the university’s most iconic landmark, the Memorial Belltower and the tradition of lighting it red following a big victory. The jersey features a design that mimics the Belltower's architecture with a 3D stone font on the numbers as well as the Belltower at the neck. The team will wear the slobbering wolf helmet that was released earlier this year. The pants will have the same slobbering wolf logo to tie in with the helmet. To finish off the entire uniform a pinstripe effect has been added that matches the sweater worn by Tuffy in vintage logos.

WKU will break out special white out uniforms to kick off their season. The white helmets will feature chrome red facemarks along with the Tops script on both sides. Maryland Football is turning the clock back to their glory days with the 1980’s throwback uniform. The white jerseys will feature red numbers with black trim. On the shoulder will be the players numbers on top with a red, yellow and black stripe on the sleeve. In honor the UAs 25th Anniversary the uniform will feature the retro UA logo. The look will be complete with red helmets featuring the iconic Terps script logo, as well as red pants that mirror the team's look from the 1980s.

The Fighting Illini will have a new look when it comes to their headwear this season. The team has turned back the clock and brought back the white facemask on their orange helmets. The Miami Hurricanes have updated their uniforms ahead of the 2021-22 season. The new look reveals a collaboration of the team’s current traditional look with the addition of their famous number font. On the V of the neck will now be a shield with the Miami U inside of it with the ACC patch on the right chest and Adidas logo on the right. The shoulders will feature the classic traditional stripes. We will see this new template used on the white and green jerseys as well.

The Missouri Tigers will have a new look as they hit the field this football season. The numbers on the front of the jersey have been enlarged as the Mizzou has been removed from across the chest. The team is fully embracing the new stripes that appear on the shoulders of the jersey as well as down the center of the helmet. Look for Mizzou to have some other key uni elements this season along with some different helmet options.

Northwest Missouri has released new uniforms for the upcoming football season. The team will have green or white uniforms to choose between each week. Across the chest of the jerseys is the Bearcats wordmark with the custom bearcat “family” patch on the chest as well. The chaise of the jersey is the new Adidas A1 prime knit jersey that features custom tackle twill numbers.
