Texas A&M is bringing a military-inspired look to Kyle Field this fall.

The Aggies will wear special “Honor and Support” camouflage uniforms when they host Arkansas on October 3 in College Station, with the matchup also serving as Texas A&M's celebration of the university's 150th anniversary.

The specialty uniforms feature a desert camouflage pattern that draws inspiration from several elements closely connected to Texas A&M.

The design takes cues from the khaki uniforms worn by the Corps of Cadets, while the camouflage itself reflects the dried grasslands and rolling hills of Aggieland. That combination gives the Aggies a distinctly military-inspired appearance while keeping the uniform rooted in the university's own visual identity and traditions.

As with other uniforms in adidas' “Honor and Support” series, the Texas A&M design is packed with details that tell a story.

A university identification stencil pays tribute to Texas A&M's long-standing military heritage and its connection to the Corps of Cadets.

The uniform patch features several additional nods to Aggie tradition, including elements inspired by the Aggie Ring. The patch incorporates the star and laurel leaf, two recognizable elements associated with the iconic ring.

The patch's circular shape also has a deeper meaning, paying tribute to the wheels of the Spirit of ’02 field gun.

The Arkansas game will carry even more significance for the Aggies as Texas A&M celebrates its 150th anniversary.

The combination of the anniversary celebration and the military-inspired uniform makes the October 3 matchup a major moment for the program, bringing together two of the most important parts of Texas A&M's identity: its rich history and its military tradition.

The desert camouflage provides a modern visual twist while the uniform's details connect it directly back to the university's roots.

Fans won't have to wait until kickoff to get their hands on the new design. Texas A&M will wear the “Honor and Support” uniforms against Arkansas on October 3 at Kyle Field.

NC State is taking the field in 2026 with a new uniform that pays tribute to the university’s deep military roots and the countless service members connected to the state of North Carolina.

The Wolfpack will debut its special “Wolfpack Warriors” uniform during the 2026 home opener against Richmond, which falls on the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks. The uniform is part of adidas’ “Honor & Support”series and was designed to honor those who have served and continue to serve.

NC State's military heritage dates back to the university's founding in 1887 as a land-grant institution. That history is reflected throughout campus, most notably in the Memorial Belltower, one of the university's most recognizable landmarks.

Built to honor NC State students who lost their lives in military conflicts, the Memorial Belltower features swords etched into the granite near the top of the structure. Those swords serve as the inspiration for the crossed-swords emblem featured on one sleeve of the new black camo jersey.

The opposite sleeve features an American flag, further emphasizing the uniform's connection to those who have served the country.

The centerpiece of the Wolfpack Warriors design is a black camouflage uniform, giving NC State a distinctly military-inspired appearance while incorporating several meaningful details throughout the set.

Perhaps the most significant detail is hidden inside the jersey. Inside the collar are seven stars, each representing one of North Carolina's seven major military installations:

Fort Liberty — Army

Camp Lejeune — Marine Corps

Cherry Point Air Station — Marine Corps

New River Air Station — Marine Corps

Seymour Johnson Air Force Base — Air Force

Pope Airfield — Army

Coast Guard Base in Elizabeth City — Coast Guard

The seven stars serve as a subtle reminder that the Wolfpack's military connection extends far beyond the university itself and into communities across the entire state.

NC State's relationship with the military is also represented through its extensive ROTC programs.

The Wolfpack will wear the Wolfpack Warriors uniforms against Richmond in the 2026 home opener, making the debut especially significant as it comes on the 25th anniversary of 9/11.

Rather than simply serving as an alternate uniform, the design uses NC State's colors, symbols and military connections to tell a much larger story.

From the crossed swords inspired by the Memorial Belltower to the American flag, seven stars and black camouflage, virtually every element of the uniform carries a meaning.

NC State's Wolfpack Warriors uniform isn't just a new look, it's a tribute to the university, the state of North Carolina and the men and women who have served.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are bringing back one of their most distinctive looks in 2026.

Tampa Bay will don its Pewter Color Rush uniforms on Sunday, December 20, when the Buccaneers host the New Orleans Saints in an NFC South matchup at Raymond James Stadium. The game is scheduled for a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoffand will mark the first meeting between the two division rivals in 2026. The teams will meet again just two weeks later in the regular-season finale at Caesars Superdome.

The Buccaneers will wear a pewter jersey with matching pewter pants as part of their Color Rush uniform ensemble in 2026.

The head-to-toe look is finished with solid pewter socks, creating one of Tampa Bay's most monochromatic uniform combinations. Red and white striping runs along the sides of the pants, while red pirate ship logos on each shoulder and a red "Buccaneers" wordmark across the chest provide the primary contrast.

The Buccaneers will be permitted to wear the pewter uniforms three times during the 2026 regular season, making the December 20 matchup the first officially announced opportunity to see the full Color Rush combination.

The Pewter is back.

The Florida Gators are adding some new combinations to their uniform rotation for the 2026 college football season.

Florida unveiled multiple uniform looks Wednesday, including a new blue helmet, orange jersey and white pants combination, along with an all-blue look that gives the Gators a fresh head-to-toe appearance.

The new orange-and-white combination features Florida’s familiar orange jersey paired with white pants, but the blue helmet gives the look a noticeable twist. Matte blue shell features the classic orange “Gators” script, white facemask and orange-and-white center striping.

Florida is also bringing out an all-blue uniform combination, pairing its blue helmet with a blue jersey and blue pants.

The look leans heavily into one of Florida’s signature colors, with orange and white accents providing contrast throughout the uniform. The blue-on-blue combination gives the Gators a more modern, monochromatic appearance while still maintaining the program's traditional identity.

Florida isn't completely reinventing its look, but these new combinations give the Gators some fresh options for the 2026 season.

Tulane is bringing the spirit of New Orleans to the football field with its latest Mardi Gras-inspired uniform, delivering one of the most detailed designs in the program’s history.

Dubbed the “King of Mardi Gras,” the uniform embraces the city’s iconic purple, green and gold color palette while incorporating a collection of details inspired by Mardi Gras traditions and Tulane football history.

The centerpiece of the uniform is a vibrant green jersey featuring purple, green and gold triple-drop-shadow numberson the front, back and shoulders. The nameplate continues the Mardi Gras theme, with beads hanging from the first and last letters of each player’s name.

The jersey also introduces the Jester Angry Wave to the collar and pants for the first time. The collar features an argyle pattern inspired by Tulane jerseys from the early 2000s, while the same pattern extends down the side of the pants in alternating purple, green and gold.

The argyle design takes another step forward with an alternating pattern that features one solid diamond followed by a diamond outlined with Mardi Gras beads.

But the helmet might be the biggest statement of the entire uniform.

For the first time, the Jester Angry Wave appears on a Tulane football helmet, with the design hand-painted by Armando Villarreal. The helmet uses a Kelly green base and features the Angry Wave prominently on both sides in the style of a classic Mardi Gras float.

Mardi Gras details continue throughout the helmet, including beads scattered across the design, an argyle stripe running through the middle, and a rear bumper reading “UPTOWN”, a nod to the historic Uptown parade route.

Even the helmet warning sticker gets a Mardi Gras makeover, taking the shape of a traditional Mardi Gras float title sign.

The complete look ties Tulane football directly to the culture of New Orleans, blending the program's history with the colors, characters and traditions that make Mardi Gras unique.

Tulane is bringing plenty of personality to the field with a uniform that feels unmistakably New Orleans and unmistakably Tulane.

The Florida Gators are entering a new era in 2026, with Jon Sumrall taking over as head coach and a new-look staff leading the program into the upcoming season. With anticipation building in Gainesville, Florida just added another reason for fans to get excited.

The Gators have unveiled a 1960s-inspired throwback uniform honoring the 60th anniversary of Steve Spurrier’s historic 1966 Heisman Trophy-winning season.

Spurrier made history in 1966 when he became the first Florida player, and the first Gators quarterback, to win the Heisman Trophy. Six decades later, Florida is bringing back the look and feel of that era with a classic uniform designed as a tribute to one of the most important players in program history.

“A tribute to Coach Spurrier and the 1966 Heisman year,” Sumrall said Monday. “I’ve seen them, and I’m excited about them. Looking forward to them. Long way off from actually wearing them, but I do think they’re a cool tribute and such a cool look.”

The throwback uniform takes inspiration from Florida's uniforms of the 1960s, trading the more modern elements of the Gators' current uniforms for a much cleaner and traditional appearance.

The centerpiece is a white jersey and pants combination, featuring blue and orange striping along the shoulders and pants outseams. The minimal design gives the uniform a distinctly vintage feel while still maintaining Florida's signature colors.

The helmet features a classic blue shell with Florida's secondary block “F” logo on the sides. A blue-and-orange center stripe runs from front to back, completing the retro aesthetic.

The combination of the blue helmet, white uniform and orange-and-blue striping gives the Gators a look that feels straight out of the 1960s.

The timing of the uniform makes the release particularly significant.

The 2026 season marks 60 years since Spurrier captured the Heisman Trophy, an accomplishment that helped establish him as one of the defining figures in Florida football history.

Spurrier would go on to become one of the most influential figures in the program's history, eventually returning to Gainesville as Florida's head coach and leading the Gators to their first national championship in 1996.

Now, as Florida begins another new chapter under Sumrall, the program is using one of its most recognizable legends to connect the present with its past.

Classic helmet. Clean white uniforms. Blue and orange striping. And a direct connection to one of the greatest players in Florida history.

The Gators just brought a piece of 1966 back to Gainesville.

The Commodores are bringing back a fan-favorite look. Following the first day of preseason practice, Vanderbilt Football unveiled new gold jerseys that will be worn during the 2026 season, giving fans their first look at the return of one of the program's most recognizable uniform combinations.

The new jerseys feature a gold base with white numbers outlined in black, paired with matching gold pants and Vanderbilt's traditional gold helmet. The look creates a true all-gold uniform combination while maintaining the clean, classic aesthetic the Commodores have leaned into under head coach Clark Lea.

Although Vanderbilt has experimented with all-black and all-white uniforms in recent seasons, gold jerseys have become a rarity in the program's modern uniform rotation. the Commodores last took the field in gold jerseys during the 2020 season, making this the first return of the look in six years.

The gold jersey also reconnects Vanderbilt with one of its most traditional football identities. Throughout much of the program's history, the Commodores regularly mixed gold jerseys into their uniform rotation before shifting primarily to black at home and white on the road. The return adds another option to a wardrobe that has expanded in recent years while still staying true to Vanderbilt's black-and-gold color palette.

One of college football's most traditional programs is making history this season. The University of Georgia announced that the Bulldogs will wear an all-white uniform combination for the first time in program history when they host Western Kentucky on Saturday, Sept. 12 at Dooley Field at Sanford Stadium.

The Buffalo Bills have officially introduced a brand-new alternate uniform, and it's unlike anything the franchise has worn before.

Dubbed "Nickel City," the new look features an all-gray jersey and pants paired with a striking new "The Charge"alternate helmet. Inspired by Buffalo's industrial roots and the resilience of Western New York, the uniform pays tribute to the blue-collar spirit that has defined both the city and the Bills for generations.

The all-gray color palette takes its inspiration from the historic Buffalo Nickel, giving the alternate uniform its name while staying within the Bills' existing team colors, as required by NFL uniform guidelines.

According to Bills Director of Design Aaron La Porta, gray was the one color in the club's palette that had never been fully utilized.

"Gray was the one brand color we've never leaned into, so this was a fun challenge," La Porta said.

Throughout the uniform, subtle design cues reference the city's steel mills, grain elevators, and rail yards—industries that helped shape Buffalo's identity. The look also recognizes the hardworking men and women who built the Bills' new home, Highmark Stadium.

While the gray uniform is a departure from Buffalo's traditional look, the centerpiece of the collection is undoubtedly the new helmet.

Nicknamed "The Charge," the helmet features a royal blue shell with a metallic flake finish and metallic blue accents. The iconic Charging Buffalo logo is reimagined with its signature red streak, creating one of the boldest alternate helmets in the NFL.

La Porta described it as a helmet designed to represent "energy, strength, and attack," calling it "a bold new helmet to represent a bold new era in Buffalo Bills football."

The design team spent nearly eight months developing the uniform, testing everything from fabric colors and helmet paint finishes to how the combination would appear during television broadcasts.

The Bills are permitted to wear the Nickel City uniforms at both home and away games during the 2026 season, though the club has not yet announced when the alternate set will make its on-field debut.
