The Razorbacks have revealed their throwback uniforms they will wear on March 2nd this season. The look is a nod to the to the 25th anniversary of Arkansas’ National Championship team. We see the Razorbacks wordmark across the chest of the white jerseys with the old school logo on the shorts.

The South Bay Lakers, the official G League of the Los Angeles Lakers, have revealed their special edition Lunar New Year uniform. The purple jerseys feature Chinese letters across the chest in gold with the players numbers underneath. On the bottom front of the jersey we see sponsor logo Wish while Chinese American Museum is found on the bottom back of the jersey under the player’s name. More details are found throughout the uniform that pay tribute to the Lunar New Year.

Drake has revealed their throwback uniform for the season. The Bulldogs will honor the 50th Anniversary of their 1969 Final Four team. The powder blue uniform features the Drake retro script across the chest in white with red piping. The uniform is outlined in the red and white trim. We see the sides of the shorts showoff Drake running down the sides just like the 1969 version.

Georgia Tech Men’s and Women’s Basketball will each get special edition CBC uniforms to CELEBRATE BLACK CULTURE for Black History Month. THE SPECIAL UNIFORMs were INSPIRED BY THE WOODEN FLOORS OF THE BALLROOMS WHERE BASKETBALL BECAME CULTURE DURING THE HARLEM RENAISSANCE. THE CELEBRATING BLACK CULTURE JERSEYS INCLUDE PATTERNS WHICH MIMIC FABRICS & PRINTS OF THE 1920’S THAT REPRESENTED SELF-EXPRESSION & COMMUNITY PRIDE. The collection also includes a series of corresponding kicks which echo the colors of the jazz ballrooms so important to the era. Rutgers is hitting the hardwood in their special CBC uniforms as part of adidas’s Black History Month special edition uniforms. The special uniform was inspired by the wooden floors of the ballrooms where basketball became culture during the Harlem Renaissance. The Celebrating Black Culture jerseys include patterns which mimic fabrics & prints of the 1920’s that represented self-expression & community pride.

Louisville Basketball is taking on UNC for round 2 this season. The game is dubbed a white-out and the team will also be wearing special Muhammad Ali inspired uniforms. The team will come out mimicking the same color scheme and font that Ali would wear. The look is a great tie into the theme of the game, the history of Louisville, and on the big stage vs. UNC.

The NBA has released this year’s Rising Stars uniforms that will be played during the 2019 NBA All-Star week in Charlotte. This year’s look for the Rising Stars game was inspired by Charlotte’s Basketball origins. The Nike team put a modern twist on the jerseys worn by the ABA’s Carolina Cougars in the 1960s & 1970s. Team USA will be a blue base color with green, black, and white piping. While Team World features a script logo across the chest of the black based uniform that has blue, green, and white piping. Both team’s shorts will feature the the Charlotte Hornets ‘19 hive logo on the sides.

Arizona State basketball will be hitting the hardwood in the latest colorway of James Harden’s 3rd signature shoe with adidas. These kicks pays homage to all of the teams he has been on with a heavy dose from his time with the Sun Devils. The shoe starts off with a black mesh base and transition into colorful graphics of Artesia High School, Arizona State, the Oklahoma City Thunder, and the Houston Rockets. The Sun Devils will rock them tonight and the shoe will be released Feb. 1st at adidas.com.

Utah Basketball will honor the past, while embracing their present in these throwback uniforms. The team will step onto the court in their new retro look on Jan. 31st. The white based uniform features red numbers, lettering, and piping throughout the uniform. The retro Utah wordmark is found on the chest while the retro UU logo is on the shorts.

Pitt Athletics will have their Retro Weekend from Thursday, Jan. 31 – Saturday, Feb. 2. We will see the women's basketball, gymnastics, tennis, wrestling and men's basketball teams will wear alternate retro uniforms as part of #PittRetro Weekend as well as the track and field team will wear their alternate retro uniform on the road. The teams will be going back to the old school yellow and blue logo with the biggest splash coming with the Men’s Basketball yellow retro uniform.
