2018 All-Star Game Hats Concept
With the 2018 MLB All-Star game taking place in our Nations Capital designer Jesse Alkire decided to take a page from the past as well as pay homage to the city itself with his designs. The hat design was inspired by the 1950s-era Washington Senators cap that featured a standard W type font. To tie into DC we see on the underneath of hat's bill covered in a Cherry Blossom pattern to honor the city's world-famous Cherry Blossom trees.
