New York Jets Unveil New "White Out" Helmets
The New York Jets are adding another clean look to their uniform rotation. The Jets officially unveiled their new "White Out" helmets, which will debut in Week 2 when New York hosts the Green Bay Packers on Sept. 20.
The helmet is exactly what the name suggests, a completely white shell paired with a matching white facemask to create the franchise's first true monochrome white look.
The design features a green version of the Jets' modernized logo, first introduced with the team's 2024 rebrand, on both sides of the helmet. A green "NY" mark sits on the forehead, flowing into a single green center stripe that runs the length of the helmet. The stripe is complemented by green player numbers on the back positioned above a matching "New York" wordmark.
The new helmet perfectly complements the Jets' Legacy White uniform, creating one of the cleanest all-white combinations in the NFL.
New York returned to its iconic "Sack Exchange" era uniforms full-time in 2024, modernizing the classic look originally worn from 1978-97. Since then, the franchise has built one of the league's most versatile uniform lineups with Legacy Green, Legacy White, and Legacy Black uniforms, giving the Jets three distinct monochrome combinations. The addition of the White Out helmet completes that vision.
The Jets have quietly assembled one of the NFL's strongest uniform rotations over the past two seasons, and the new White Out helmet is another impressive addition to the collection.
