The Grizzlies City Edition uniform has been revealed for this season. The uniform is a steel grey color base drawing inspiration from the old-school steel chairs and cages of Memphis Wrestling lore. We see the inline type across the chest drawing its inspiration from the neon signs of Beale Street. The side panels are a nod to the championship belts used throughout Memphis Wrestling history. “The addition of the embossed ‘GNG’ connects our city and team’s cultural ethos of Grit & Grind with the no-holds-barred history of regional wrestling and the place Memphis held in that sports and entertainment boom.” - Grizzlies
The Sacramento Kings are the latest NBA team to release their City Edition uniform for the season. The Kings newest uniform dubbed ‘SACTOWN’ will feature the teams retro color scheme. Across the chest in the Kings font will read SACTOWN in white outlined in red. We see granite striping follows the contours of the jersey outlining the retro red trim. The shoulders of the jersey show off a modernized retro blocking, a nod to the team’s previous look. Finally we see the team’s secondary logo on the shorts, the lions head.

The Miami Heat released their new City Edition uniforms dubbed the ‘Vice Nights’. SEE HERE. To go along with the new look the Heat will also have the court to match. The court will feature the bold Miami script at center court as well a double stripe around the outside, a nod to the 1988 original floor.
The Milwaukee Bucks have released this year’s ‘City Edition’ uniform. The new uniform celebrates the bright colors that became synonymous with NBA basketball in Milwaukee during one of the franchise’s most successful stretches from the late-70s through the mid-80s. The MECCA arena was the heart of design inspiration for the new look. With the design celebrating the MECCA’s risk-taking and the art of the game. The uniform will make its debut on Monday, November 19 when the Bucks host the Denver Nuggets.
The Miami Heat have introduced this year’s ‘City Edition’ uniform. The Heat will continue the Vice theme from last year and go with a black version, dubbed ‘Vice Nights’. The black jersey and shorts combo will be highlighted with pink and blue accents and trim giving that 80’s old school vibe.
The Wizards have revealed their new City Edition uniforms for the upcoming season. The new design draws inspiration from the scene that is Washington D.C.'s National Mall at night. On the sides of the jersey and pants we see a silhouette of the Washington Monument in marble up the sides. On the belt of the shorts we see the D.C. flag being featured. The District word mark returns to the front of the jersey across the chest again this year.
The Brooklyn Nets drew inspiration from Biggie for their new City Edition uniform. The Nets pay homage to the hip-hop legend with design inspiration coming from his famous Coogi sweaters. The multi-color pattern inspired by Biggie, runs down the sides of the jersey and shorts and along the sleeve and neckline. A customized *BED-STUY* mark for each player has been designed by renowned graffiti artist Eric Haze and been placed above the jersey's jock tag.

I think it's great not only for the organization but it's great for the city of Brooklyn. To pay homage to somebody who means so much to Brooklyn and put Brooklyn on the map. When you say Brooklyn, you think of Biggie. Hopefully these jerseys can bring a rich diversity and unity to the fans and the organization."
The Nike N7 Native American Heritage Month uniforms have been released. We will see nine men’s teams and six women’s teams participate this season. Nike college teams will hit the hardwood in turquoise uniforms, the color of fellowship in Native culture.
“It started with schools wanting to work together with Nike N7 to celebrate Native American Heritage Month," says Sam McCracken, general manager of Nike N7. “It gives them an opportunity to celebrate and support their local tribal communities, to which each program has a distinct, unique connection. The Orlando Magic have revealed their new ‘City Edition’ uniform for the upcoming season. The new unis use a celestial theme as the central focus to encourage and inspire fans to "reach for the stars." The look celebrates Orlando as a city of dreamers and keeps the iconic symbol on the front as well as a cosmic look and feel. We get our first look at the new unis hit the court on November 14th against the 76ers.
The Timberwolves have drawn their inspiration for their new City Edition uniforms from the music icon, PRINCE. The team worked with Prince's estate, which incorporates multiple references to the legacy of Prince. From the font, which is reminiscent of the 1980s Prince era, to the purple most commonly associated with Prince. The uniform speaks of his legacy and bond with the state with tons of unique design elements.
