Auburn has revealed their new baseball gloves for the upcoming season. The tigers are partnered with Under Armour as their official uniform and gear provider. Each of the Auburn players was able to choose a unique design and colorway for their personal glove.
The Nashville Sounds have rebranded their team and with that comes new unis. The team will now have four options to choose from on the diamond. The team’s new primary logo features double red circles with navy blue "Nashville" and "Sounds" written in the new "NASH" font around the outer circle. The new home uni features a white jersey with navy blue "NASH" across the chest.
“The navy blue alternate jersey establishes the team's newest color which pulls from the state flag as well as the original uniform colors from 1978 with a modern spin. The alternate red jersey top is the only one of the four to feature "Sounds" prominently across the chest. The Nationals have introduced some new threads for Spring Training this year. The team will rock white jerseys with Nationals across the front in blue lettering outlined in red. The cap that team will be wearing features a white front panel with a Senators inspired logo on the front. The old school W is placed in front of the outline of the Capital building and two navy stars are on either side of the logo.
The Reds are celebrating their 150th season in style. To bring in the historic season the Reds will wear 15 different throwback uniforms honoring the past and showing the evolution of their uniform. The throwback uniforms will date all the way back to the 1902 season and progress through the years up until the current uniform.
"We wanted to land on significant dates as well as cool uniforms that were different," Reds chief operating officer Phil Castellini said. "I just didn't want to see a sea of white ones and gray ones. That's why we picked the blue and the red pants and the scripts and different logos. It really was a nice way to spread those history nuggets that go from the turn of the century all the way to the '90s."
Bryce Harper has released his new Harper 3 cleats. The new cleats draw inspiration from Harpers nostalgic old school baseball style but delivering all the new technology to help Harper’s game reach new heights.
“When designing a shoe for Bryce, we knew that in order to get his stamp of approval, they had to look and play the part," said Spencer Hawkins, UA Cleated Footwear Designer.
Some of the design inspiration feature chrome bezel, meant to represent Bryce's power as a player, and tie back to his love of classic American muscle cars. Under Armour also drew inspiration from the Daytona leather jacket, which is a staple in Bryce's wardrobe, inspired the ribbed stitching on the Harper 3 upper.

Under Armour has released their baseball. UA Yard Cleat. The UA Yard was built with inspiration from a sneaker, but to play with an edge. The cleat mimics how a running shoe is zoned, and using ultra-comfortable signature textiles, to bring the UA Yard that sneaker fit and feel in a cleat. The goal to make one of the most comfortable cleats in the game.

With baseball’s postseason set to start adidas has released their special edition “Splash Pack” cleats. The “Splash Pack” is inspired by the post-game celebration of dumping the cooler on the coach.

The cleats feature a moisture-like effect that gives them a textured droplet on the upper of the cleat to give the look of splashes of liquid. The inside of the cleat show off a cooler graphic on the tongue with an ice cube design on the sock liner. The “Splash Pack” cleats will come in a Lemon-lime, neon orange, blue, red and black colorway for different team’s uniforms.
The Orioles have become the first American professional sports to wear Braille lettering on their gameday uniforms. The Orioles will take the field wearing special jerseys that have braille letter on the front and backs of their jerseys. The team is doing this in conjunction with the National Federation for the Blind, which has been headquartered in Baltimore for the past 40 years. The Orioles will also be handing out Braille alphabet cards for the first 15,000 fans who show up at Camden Yards for the game. The special unis featuring Braille lettering are being auctioned to benefit the National Federation of the Blind at http://Orioles.com/auctions.
On September 8th the Mariners will wear special Salute to Latin American Béisbol uniforms. The club has named this game their Salute to Latin American Béisbol Night and the uniforms and festivities will honor the Latin American Béisbol community. The special jerseys will feature Marinero across the front with the Latin American Countries spelled out within the letters and numbers of the uniform. The Mariners have introduced multiple different looks this season including their "Turn Ahead The Clock Uniforms".
Kris Bryant reveals custom cleats for the 2018 Players Weekend, which runs from August 24-26. Bryant hired three different Chicago artists to each create a one of kind custom pair of cleat to help raise awareness for spinal cord research. The cleats that have been created will be auctioned off to help support the Wings of Life foundation.
