The 76ers have revealed the team’s new City Edition uniform for the 2020-21 season. The jersey highlights the team’s connection to the city of Philadelphia by showcasing the Boathouse Row, an iconic U.S. Historic National Landmark that runs along the Schuylkill River. The black based uniform features a design inspired by the one-of-a-kind Philadelphia view Boathouse Row provides at night.
This will be the team’s first primarily black uniform since the 2008-09 season. The number of the jerseys are on the center of the chest with the Boathouse Row design below it and Philadelphia at the bottom. The back of the uniform features the continuation of the Boathouse Row theme with the player’s number above it and their name below.
“We love telling stories through the 76ers brand, specifically of our great city and always honoring our history. This year, we celebrate our city edition uniform by blending the old and the new specifically for the greatest fans in the world to enjoy.” -Philadelphia 76ers President Chris Heck

The Portland Trailblazers have revealed their 2020-21 City Edition Uniform. The new look will celebrate the unique beauty of the Oregon landscape as well as the tribal nations throughout the region.
The earth tone jersey features Oregon stitched across the chest, making this the first time in team history we will see the states name. The font for the wordmark is taken from the iconic sign in old town Portland. The entire uniform features a subtle typography pattern throughout it. To finish off the new look the left side of the jersey and shorts feature a vibrant color stripe design to pay homage to the tribal nations in Oregon.
Tennessee Basketball has added an orange throwback uniform to their uni options. The orange throwbacks match the team’s white throwbacks that we saw debuted in 2018. The retro look is modeled after the uniform that were worn during the 1970-80s era. The jerseys feature Tennessee arched above the numbers and Volunteers underneath in white. The orange shorts will have a thick white stripe on the sides with the Power T in it.

The new primary jerseys feature the official Ohio State athletics logo on the chest of both sets. The iconic Ohio State striping is featured down the sides of the jerseys and run into the shorts. The Toronto Raptors have revealed three new uniforms for the team. The designs drew inspiration from their past to create the new set of uniforms that will carry the team into the 2020-21 season. The three new looks that have been revealed thus far for the Raptors are their Association, Icon and Statement Edition uniforms.
The new Association and Icon Edition unis are the teams white and red uniforms and feature the new chevron design across the chest of the jersey. The pattern symbolizes the North, represent the team’s past achievements and mark the path forward for them.
The black Statement Edition uniform will feature red accents and will be the team’s Jordan Brand uniform. The look is meant to make fans think of the ‘old dinosaur’ uniforms with dark grey jagged pinstripes throughout the design.
“Uniforms do matter to players. Our team made the choice to wear the Earned jerseys during the 2019 Finals, for example. We want to give our players -- and our fans -- jerseys they’re proud to wear not just because they say Raptors on the front, not just because they’re a symbol of our city and country, but because they also look great. I think that’s what we’ve achieved with these.”- Raptors President Masai Ujiri
The Raptors have two more uniforms that they will reveal at a later date.
Marquette has revealed the team’s new gold uniform. The Jordan unis will have navy and championship blue on the letters, numbers and borders that will compliment the main color of gold on the uniforms. The navy and Championship blue stripes on the shoulders match that of the stripes on the bottom of the shorts. The MU Marquette logo will be large and visible on the right side of each players shorts. The final detail comes on the inside hem of the bottom back of the jerseys where we see the mantra “Win Every Day’ embroidered.
Gonzaga has revealed a new white uniform for the upcoming College Basketball season. The new uniform brings forth some subtle changes for the Zags, with the biggest change from last year being the blue borders at the neck, arms and down the sides. Across the chest of the jerseys will read Gonzaga with a new swirl lettering. On the back of the jerseys the players’ names will be arched in navy letters. The short will feature a red stripe and navy stripe with the bulldog head on the sides.
“Definitely a few more changes than usual, but we think it’s a pretty clean look. The Adam Morrison era (in the mid 2000s) is the comparison we’ve used a lot with the two-color combo down the sides. The players like them a lot. The first thing I heard when they were looking at pictures around the facility was they thought they looked like Morrison’s years.” - Equipment Manager Calvin LeBrun
