The Green Bay Packers have revealed their new Classic edition uniform for the 2021 season. The Packers draw their inspiration for the new look from uniforms worn back in the 1950-1953. The uniforms are all green, with gold numbers and stripes similar to the jerseys worn in the 1950s. This alternate jersey, which is the Packers' traditional green color, with gold numbers and stripes, will be worn with matching green pants with gold stripes, and matching green socks.

"The 1950s were one of the most interesting times in our organization's rich history, creating the bridge between two of the greatest eras in pro football. With the NFL growing rapidly, this time period set the stage for the construction of Lambeau Field and for the team's success in the 1960s and beyond. The Hurricanes have revealed their Miami Nights 2.0 uniform. The blackout uniform will feature a black helmet with the Miami U on either side and a chrome orange facemask. The black jersey features an updated shoulder pattern that has green fading into orange. The orange numbers on the jerseys have the same woven design pattern that we saw on the 2019 Parley jerseys. The Hurricanes will also wear special cleats to finish off the Miami Nights 2.0 look.

The Dartmouth football team will have a new looking helmet this week. The team has revealed their alternate ‘Lone Pine’ helmet that features the oversized Lone Pine logo on both sides of their white helmet. The lid will have a green facemask to match the green logos and finish off the alternate look.

UCF Football is honoring the 40th anniversary of the shuttle program with this season’s special Space Uniform. The special look as plenty of unique features that pay tribute to the space shuttle program. Found within the numbers on the jersey are small tiles that represent the Space Shuttle Thermal Protection Style tiles. The collar of the jersey was designed to mimic the nose of the space shuttle with the black lines of the wings extended through the collar. On the left sleeve is a reference to the shuttle discovery, while on the right sleeve the UCF Space game mission patch will be on display. The name plates on the backs of the jerseys have been inspired by the name patches worn on the actual space suits connected to the international space station. Running down the sides of the pants is a rectangular pattern from the wings of the discovery shuttle.

Displayed on the back bumper of the space helmet is a remembrance of the tragedies of the Challenger and Columbia and the brave lives that were lost. Running down the center of the helmet is a special center stripe that has the names of over 100 UCF Alumni, Faculty and fans who worked on the space shuttle program.

The UCF Football team will wear the special space uniform on 10/22 this season.

The Montana Grizzlies will wear throwback uniforms honoring their 2001 National Championship Team this week. The unis feature the same numbers and small Montana lettering across the chest as the 2001 uniform. The vintage grizzle bear paw logo is placed on the sleeves of the jersey with silver trim around the neck and arms. To complete the retro look the jersey is made out of the similar mesh material that was worn with the original 2001 jerseys.

Washington will honor the 1991 National Champion team with a special throwback uniform. This season will mark the 30th anniversary of the 1991 National Championship for Huskies. The throwback uniform features block numbers with the classic purple and white but has introduced a brighter shade of gold on the pants to tie back to the look of the 1991 uni. The helmet showcases the “Panting Dawg” on both sides as well as on the hip of the pants.

The Kansas Jayhawks will have special uniforms when they hit the field for their homecoming game this season. The alternate look has been named “Hail to Old KU”, paying tribute to the Kansas Comet era. The powder blue jersey features a bold Kansas wordmark across the chest with the Jayhawk’s head on the shoulder caps. The helmet features the Bowtie K logo on both sides from 1929. We also see the Bowtie K on the hip of the dark blue pants for the Jayhawks.

“The goal of the uniform was to accurately understand Kansas Football history and the characteristics that are associated with being a Jayhawk, such as Proud, Classic and Bold.
