The San Jose Sharks have revealed new uniforms as they head into the 2022-23 season. The uniforms are inspired by the popular original Sharks jerseys and incorporate new, innovative design elements as the franchise looks to the future and to a new era of Sharks hockey. The jerseys copy the original Sharks striping pattern but have a focus on the current Pacific Teal and white instead of the gray coloring. We see the striping incorporate an innovative wave emboss texture throughout it. The jerseys has an updated fin logo on the shoulders and takes advantage of a new Sharks-specific font designed for these uniforms. With the exception of the stick in the crest, orange has been removed from the design as well as the neckline jersey ties.
"Our original jersey continues to be extremely popular with Sharks fans, in part because they were forward thinking at the time. Like our beginnings, we must continue to evolve towards the future, especially as we enter a new era of Sharks hockey. Combining our fan's love for the first jersey while at the same time being true to our innovative spirit, that was the inspiration for the new 'Evolve' uniform. The 'Evolve' uniform honors tradition while representing the next generation of Sharks hockey."- Doug Bentz, Chief Marketing Officer for the Sharks
The teal will serve as the sharks new primary home uniform, while the white will be the away kit.
The Kansas State Wildcats have revealed retro helmets to add to their uniform options. The Wildcats will sport the retro Walking Cat carrying the State banner on one side of the white helmet while the player number will be on the other. A gray facemask will finish off the retro helmet. The full uniform will see K-State wear the retro lids, purple jerseys and retro white pants. We will see this look in Week 2 when the Wildcats take on Tulane.
The CLEVELAND BROWNS have revealed their field design for the 2022 season. The design was put to a vote by the fans who overwhelmingly voted for the Running Brownie logo to be at the 50 yard line. This marks the first time the Browns have had a midfield logo since 2016. Both end zones will have the side view orange helmet logo, the red AFC logo and white "Browns" script.
"We're super excited about the new midfield logo. We really wanted to engage our fans in the process, and they are — as I've said multiple times — undefeated. They're the best in the league, best in the NFL and, candidly, some of the best in sports. We really wanted to get their involvement and hear what they have to say. We were able to pull off the new logo with the old school Brownie logo."- JW Johnson, Browns Executive Vice President
The Brooklyn Nets have revealed their 2022-23 Statement Edition uniform. The black on black look is said to be inspired by the “Classic uniform of New Yorkers”. The jersey features the NETS wordmark across the chest outlined in platinum. On the sides of the jersey is the team’s signature herringbone pattern that runs down into the shorts.
“Ten years ago, the Brooklyn Nets made history as the first NBA team to wear black and white as its primary colors. For New Yorkers, black has been the uniform for decades – it’s chic, and for many represents edginess, sophistication and elegance. We’re proud to continue that tradition as we enter the Nets’ second decade in Brooklyn with a new twist on the classic Icon uniform.”- Andrew Karson, Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing
We will see the Nets debut the Statement Edition uniform on court on Oct. 21 vs. the Toronto Raptors and wear them at each of the team’s Friday night home games as part of this season’s Friday Night Live events.

Above the stripes on the chest is DET in black with white trim. The black shorts have the same striping pattern that is seen on the jersey running down each leg vertically.
The uniform originated from a voicemail left at the Detroit Pistons head offices back in the fall of 2020 by frustrated fan Cochise Hardy. “Man, we are so tired. I mean, it’s time to ramp it up. We rebuilding; we need some new jerseys. We need some more vivid colours, man. We here for Detroit, give us some dog ass black and blue, I don’t know just give us somethin’.” - Hardy’s Voicemail
The Pistons will have a matching court that will go along with the new Statement Edition threads.
