The Pelicans Reveal Their 2025–26 City Edition Uniform

The New Orleans Pelicans are bringing back one of their most celebrated uniform designs as part of the NBA and Nike’s 2025–26 City Edition program. Originally introduced during the 2023–24 season, the Pelicans’ City Edition uniform returns by popular demand as a visual tribute to the city’s spirit, individuality, and vibrant nightlife.

The decision to revisit this design aligns with the NBA’s league-wide initiative encouraging teams to revive standout City Edition uniforms from previous seasons. For New Orleans, the choice was easy. This was a design too good for just one run.

The uniform’s signature elements remain untouched, including the striking neon-on-black colorway and the distinctive Skelican logo, a bold and playful twist that perfectly embodies the city’s energy and mystique after dark. It’s an ode to New Orleans itself, where the bayou meets the bright lights and dark shadows of the streets, capturing over 300 years of culture, celebration, and soul.

This fan-favorite look will once again be paired with a custom alternate court, both set to debut during Skelican Night on November 16, when the Pelicans host the Golden State Warriors. Fans can expect a full experience that celebrates the city’s magic, from the music to the visual flair that defines New Orleans basketball.

The Pelicans’ City Edition uniform and court will be featured at select games throughout the season a vibrant reminder that in New Orleans, the party never really ends.
