Wisconsin Basketball will honor the 2000 Final Four team with special throwback uniforms. The team will wear base white uniforms with the block Wisconsin across the chest and red and black piping. The team will hit the court in these on February 9th.
The 2020 NBA All-Star uniforms will be Jordan Brand and draw its inspiration from Chicago’s transit lines. There are eight uniforms and each signify the eight different train lines. The design incorporated the color of each track into the uniforms as a base: blue and red for the NBA All-Star Game; purple and orange for NBA Rising Stars; green and pink for the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game presented by Ruffles; and brown and yellow for the NBA Cares Special Olympics Unified Basketball Game.
The front of the jerseys will feature a six-point star from the Chicago flag and a partial star is found on the sides of the shorts.
The 2020 NBA All-Star game is set to take place in Chicago this year. To celebrate the special location Jordan and Nike have created special colorways and capsules for fans and top athletes. Some of the special kicks for the Nike athletes are LeBron 17 “Monstars”, Kyrie 6 “Trophies”, KD 12 “Don C”, Zoom Freak 1 “Employee of the Month”, and PG4 Gatorade “ASW”.
UCF Basketball has revealed their special Space Uniforms. The Basketball team will join the UCF football team and have special Citronauts space uniforms that honor the schools first unofficial mascot and their strong tie to the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. The side panels of the black based uniform will feature special constellation designs that represent the roads and buildings on the UCF campus, the outline of the Arecibo telescope, as well as the shape of the planet that is named after UCF. Across the chest of the jersey will read Citronauts with the special citronauts logo on the shorts and back of the jersey. This special looks is becoming a staple in the UCF uniform rotation as they start to introduce the look to more of their sports.
The NBA awarded each team last season that made the playoffs the season before with special ‘Earned Edition’ uniforms that were a spin off of their ‘Statement’ or ‘City Edition’ uniform. This season the teams that made the playoffs will receive ‘City Edition’ themed NBA Showtime Hoodies. The designs take their inspiration from the the team’s ‘City Edition’ uniforms and will hit the court starting on December 25th. The hoodies will also be available to the public to purchase.
The Wizards have revealed their new Stars & Stripes ‘City Edition’ uniforms. The look draws its inspiration from the 2017 uniforms we saw the Wizards wear with a few tweaks. The white base uniform will have the Stars & Stripes pattern down the side panels of the jersey and shorts. On the front of the jersey’s chest we see the return of the DC hands logo above the players number. The look will debut on court December 5th this season.
Notre Dame Men’s Basketball team broke out their alternate ‘Golden Dome Whites’. The uniform is a base white look that features gold numbers, letters, and piping. On the sides of the shorts we see an intricate design in gold that leads to the Notre Dame logo in navy. The look is a clean minimal design that fits perfectly in the traditional heritage of Notre Dame.
The Kansas State Wildcats Men’s basketball team has introduced an all lavender uniform. This season’s throwback lavender look includes matching lavender shorts to complete the look. Season past we saw the team pair the lavender jersey with a darker purple pair of shorts.
The front of the jersey will read Kansas State with the players number in the middle of the two words. The jersey and shorts will feature purple and white piping throughout the look. On the front of the shorts waistband reads EMAW which stands for ‘Every Man A Wildcat’. This idea came from looking at old photo of K-State home games in Ahearn Field House.
"We have this photo in the deck of a game from the late '70s when Rolando was there and there was this great 'Every Man a Wildcat' banner up in Ahearn. I couldn't believe it went back that far. We will see the uniforms hit the court this weekend when they take on St. Louis.
The Memphis Grizzlies are celebrating their 25th anniversary season and have introduced two classic uniforms the team will wear over the next two seasons. The uniforms will feature the bold logos and designs seen among the NBA teams in the mid-to-late 1990s. During the 2019-20 season the Grizzlies will pay tribute to their time in Vancouver by wearing the turquoise, red, white and gold uniforms.
For the 2020-21 season, the Grizzlies will honor the first era of the Grizzlies in Memphis. The team will wear the all black uniforms, with the red, white and turquoise on the sides with ‘Memphis’ on the chest.

To go along with the classic uniforms the team will also have a classic edition court that features the same likeness along with the 25th anniversary logos and a border showing the history of the franchise's many iconic looks.
Cal Basketball revealed special throwback uniforms for their upcoming game against St. Mary’s. The classic look turns back the clock to the time of Jason Kidd with the arched California wordmark across the front of the jersey. The white uniform will be highlighted with navy and gold piping to match the numbers and letters.
