The New York Knicks’ 2026 championship rings turn the home of Knicks basketball into their defining feature. Designed by Jason of Beverly Hills, the rings combine white gold, nearly 800 white diamonds and blue sapphires, and a mechanical surprise: a miniature Madison Square Garden that rises from within the ring.
Unveiled during the championship ring ceremony at Madison Square Garden ahead of New York’s season opener against Philadelphia, the design commemorates a title that ended the franchise’s 53-year wait.
For designer Jason Arasheben, Madison Square Garden provided the starting point. The goal was to create a ring that connected the championship to the building at the heart of the Knicks’ identity.
That connection goes beyond an engraving or a hidden reference. A twist of the ring’s inner bezel raises a miniature representation of Madison Square Garden, revealing architectural details that include the arena’s windows.
According to Arasheben, his engineering team developed the mechanism to deliver a feature never previously used in a championship ring. It gives the piece a transformation that fans can watch unfold, with the Garden becoming a physical centerpiece of the design.
The rings are crafted in white gold and feature nearly 800 emerald-cut white diamonds and blue sapphires totaling 22 carats. The sapphires bring Knicks blue into the composition, pairing a recognizable team color with the brilliance of the white diamonds.
Despite the elaborate engineering, Arasheben’s stated goal was a timeless appearance. With more than five decades between championships, he wanted a design that would remain appealing decades after ring night.
The result balances a traditional fine-jewelry foundation with an unexpected moving element. The materials establish the championship presentation, while the miniature arena gives the ring a story specific to New York.
The Knicks asked Jason of Beverly Hills to submit three designs as part of the selection process. Ownership, executive staff and players reviewed the proposals, with their feedback helping determine the final choice.
Arasheben approached the project as something that needed to resonate across that entire group. A championship ring represents the players who earned it, the organization behind them and the fans who followed the journey. Its details need to carry meaning for all three.
For the Knicks, the finished ring captures the championship through the place most closely associated with the team. Diamonds and sapphires provide the shine, but the rising Madison Square Garden gives this piece its unmistakable New York identity.

As the 2024 New York Jets reported for training camp, the organization paid tribute to its storied past with the unveiling of "The Classic" uniform. This new addition to their lineup is a nod to the look the team wore during their 1968 championship season and mirrors the familiar design of the uniform used from 1998 to 2018.
On Monday, October 14th, the Jets will debut "The Classic" when they host the Bills at MetLife Stadium. Filling the fourth available spot in the team's uniform "closet," this classic look is part of a larger NFL initiative. The white jerseys and white pants pay homage to the attire the team sported during their Super Bowl III victory over the Baltimore Colts. Keeping true to the original design, "The Classic" features a clean front without a patch, mirroring the '68 jersey, and uses the same number and letter fonts.
The helmet has been updated with a gray facemask to replicate the 1968 headgear, featuring the same white shell and logo used from 1998 to 2018. The green in the decal and stripes matches the team's current "Legacy Green," which is a shade between the 1968 Kelly Green and the 1998-2018 Hunter Green.
During the Jets' April rebrand, they introduced three "Legacy Collection" uniform versions, including the legacy black uniform and helmet as their alternate uniform. The Jets will don their black uniform on Halloween when they play host to the Houston Texans for a Thursday night clash.
With the reintroduction of the "Legacy" and "Classic" ensembles over the past four months, the Jets are bringing their two most iconic identities back to the field. "The Classic" uniform, worn during one of the most significant moments in pro football history, provides the franchise an opportunity to highlight a uniform donned by 15 of its 19 players in its Ring of Honor. On October 14th, against the Bills, the Jets will revive a familiar sight, celebrating a timeless tradition and reconnecting with their storied past.

Red Bull Racing is bringing a vintage racing look to Austin with special white race suits for the 2026 United States Grand Prix. Revealed on Max Verstappen and Isack Hadjar, the outfits combine blue piping, embroidered sponsor patches and prominent Red Bull branding for a distinctive change ahead of the Texas race weekend.
The team leaned into the destination for the reveal, photographing the drivers alongside hay bales, coiled ropes, wooden crates and a red pickup truck. Cowboy hats and a sunset-colored backdrop complete the Western presentation.
The light-colored suits give the design a clean foundation, with narrow blue piping tracing the shoulders, torso and legs. Dark cuffs add contrast at the wrists, while white racing boots with dark laces carry the look through to the drivers’ footwear.
Across the front, red Oracle lettering sits above the familiar Red Bull emblem. The red bulls and yellow sun stand out against the white fabric, keeping the team’s identity at the center of the design.
Smaller Red Bull marks appear on the forearms and legs, extending the branding throughout the suit without competing with the main chest graphic.
The stacked sponsor patches are a defining part of the look. Rectangular, oval and shield-shaped badges create the appearance of a classic racing suit, with visible embroidered edges adding texture.
The reveal’s Western styling gives the suits a clear connection to the United States Grand Prix. Hadjar poses in a cowboy hat on the pickup’s tailgate, while Verstappen appears with a rope draped over his shoulder. The setting plays up Texas imagery while letting the light suits stand out against the warm background.
The release has also prompted interest in a matching white car livery. The supplied announcement confirms the special race suits, but leaves a corresponding car design unconfirmed.

ALL 30 TEAM COURTS FOR @EMIRATES NBA CUP 2026 https://t.co/RgBqe1VJCB
— NBA (@NBA) October 13, 2026
The Emirates NBA Cup is bringing a different look to arenas across the league. All 30 teams have revealed their court designs for the tournament’s fourth edition, pairing team colors and branding with a shared centerpiece: the NBA Cup trophy.
Running from October 30 through December 11, the tournament puts a trophy, bragging rights and more than $500,000 per player on the winning squad on the line. The courts give those games a visual identity of their own, making the stakes recognizable from the opening tip.
The NBA Cup trophy appears at center court and beneath each basket across the designs, connecting every team’s floor to the competition.
At midcourt, team logos overlap the trophy graphic, bringing franchise identity into the tournament’s signature element. The repeated gold trophy imagery also ties together a collection that ranges from bright yellow and red to deep blue, green and gray.
The collection gives teams room to take different approaches. The Lakers lean into a bright yellow playing surface, while the Timberwolves use gray framed by a vivid green border. Phoenix pairs an orange floor with a purple perimeter, and the Clippers combine a gray interior with a red surround.
Other designs draw their impact from darker palettes. Boston and Milwaukee feature green surfaces, while several teams, including Dallas, Indiana and Oklahoma City, put blue at the heart of their courts.
The Knicks pair blue with an orange border, creating a distinctly different result from the Cavaliers’ wine-colored floor and gold perimeter. Even within the shared tournament format, the color combinations make each venue easy to identify.
Baseline lettering, sideline branding and team-specific phrases add another layer to the collection. Indiana’s “BOOM BABY!” and Charlotte’s “THE HIVE IS ALIVE” give their courts touches that extend beyond the primary logo.
Those perimeter details help complete the designs, giving fans more to notice in close-up views while the larger color blocks carry the look on television.
With all 30 courts revealed, the 2026 Emirates NBA Cup has its visual lineup set. From bold contrasting borders to darker team-color treatments, each floor gives the tournament a different home while keeping the trophy at the center of the action.

The Florida Panthers are celebrating South Florida’s Hispanic and Latino culture with a special 2026 Vamos Gatos jersey designed by artist Natalia Marin. Featuring a reimagined panther crest, decorative lettering and patterned numbers, the jersey brings a bold artistic approach to the team’s identity.
The exclusive design arrives as part of Vamos Gatos Night on Thursday, October 15, at Amerant Bank Arena.
A bright red base sets the stage for Marin’s detailed artwork. On the chest, a gold panther bursts through jagged blue-and-white shapes, its extended claws and open mouth giving the crest an aggressive, expressive appearance.
“VAMOS” and “GATOS” run vertically on either side of the panther, framing the illustration. The decorative letters feature dark interiors filled with gold patterns, gold edging and a bright blue outer outline. That combination gives the wording its own presence alongside the oversized cat.
The embroidered execution adds texture throughout, from the panther’s facial features and whiskers to the intricate details within each letter.
The same visual approach carries into the jersey’s numbers. The back and shoulder numerals feature geometric patterns, including diamonds, triangles and horizontal lines, within ornate gold-edged forms outlined in blue.
White player-name lettering contrasts with the detailed numbers, keeping the back readable while allowing the custom typography to stand out.
A separate sleeve patch introduces another illustrated panther, posed upright with a curling tail above “PANTERAS” lettering. Dark shoulder panels and collar trim help frame the red jersey, leaving the artwork as the focal point.
The jersey is part of a wider Vamos Gatos celebration honoring the region’s Hispanic community through music, art, food and recognition of local leaders.
With an expressive panther crest and coordinated artwork across the lettering, numbers and sleeve patch, the 2026 Vamos Gatos jersey gives the celebration a distinctive visual identity, one built around the Panthers and the community they represent.

Cal football is bringing the Grateful Dead’s unmistakable imagery to the field with a special gold helmet that blends the Golden Bears’ identity with the band’s artwork. Featuring a skull logo, lightning-bolt stripe and colorful dancing bears, the design gives fans something to discover from every angle.
The reveal comes ahead of Cal’s first “Grateful Bears” theme game against Wake Forest on October 17, celebrating the band’s Bay Area roots and historic connection to the UC Berkeley campus.
The helmet’s centerpiece is a custom take on the Grateful Dead’s familiar skull imagery. Gold Cal script sits inside the blue upper portion of the mark, with the white skull below it, bringing the school’s wordmark into the band-inspired design.
A gold shell and matching gold facemask frame the decal, keeping Cal’s colors prominent while giving the side logo plenty of room to stand out. The combination makes the music reference immediately visible without losing the team’s identity.
Running down the center of the helmet is a blue patterned stripe bordered in white. A series of white lightning bolts stretches along the stripe, carrying another recognizable element of Grateful Dead artwork from the front of the helmet toward the back.
The blue background adds texture, while the white bolts create a sharp contrast against the gold shell. It is a detail that gives the helmet a distinct look even when the side decals are out of view.
The rear bumper adds the design’s most playful touch: a lineup of colorful Grateful Dead dancing bears with Cal’s own Oski positioned in the middle.
The celebration draws on a local history that extends well beyond football. According to Cal Athletics, the Grateful Dead played more concerts on or near UC Berkeley’s campus than at any other university in the United States. The October 17 theme game honors that connection and the band’s place in the surrounding community.
Cal’s helmet brings that story into the uniform through three distinct elements: the script-and-skull side mark, the lightning-bolt crown stripe and the dancing-bear bumper. Each adds a different part of the tribute, with Oski providing the finishing touch that makes the look unmistakably Cal.
