The Dallas Stars have released their new alternate blackout uniform. The alternate jersey is inspired by the city of Dallas and returning to the black jerseys they wore the first 20 years in the city.
The uniform will feature the new eye catching color, skyline green that draws its inspiration from the Dallas skyline. The front of the jersey will have the Dallas Stars logo in the skyline green with bold stripes on the sleeves and hem, that stay true to the traditional home jersey pattern. The numbers will be in stealth as they are primarily black with a skyline green outline. To finish off the look the team will wear black helmets, pants and gloves that have the skyline green worked in to them.
"The jersey design committee was tasked with finding a way to incorporate the heart of the city of Dallas and the spirit of Texas into a uniform. Today is an exciting day as we have worked hard over the last two years at creating a third jersey that will make our fanbase proud, and with the help of adidas Hockey, we feel like the Blackout third jersey will do just that. Tennessee Basketball has added an orange throwback uniform to their uni options. The orange throwbacks match the team’s white throwbacks that we saw debuted in 2018. The retro look is modeled after the uniform that were worn during the 1970-80s era. The jerseys feature Tennessee arched above the numbers and Volunteers underneath in white. The orange shorts will have a thick white stripe on the sides with the Power T in it.
Georgia Tech will honor the Black Watch defense from the 1980’s with their new retro uniform. The throwback threads feature a black jersey that will be paired with gold pants and gold helmets. The gold helmets will feature black interlocking GT logos and center stripe. These decals use to be reserved for members of Don Lindsey’s Black Watch defense in 1984-85.
The Yellow Jackets will take the field in the special ‘Black Watch’ retro uniform on 10/31 for their matchup against Notre Dame.
Florida Gators will wear special throwback threads for their upcoming Homecoming game. The throwback unis are from the 1960s era during Steve Spurrier’s playing days. The retro look will feature a blue helmet with a gray facemask. The decals will be the old school Block F circle with a multi stripe center stripe. The blue Jordan jerseys feature a retro over the shoulder orange and white stripe on either side. The white pants will have orange and blue insert stripes down each side, and to finish off the look the Gators will wear white crew shocks with a blue stripe around the tops and black cleats.
South Florida has revealed their 2020 SoFlo uniform. The black jersey and pants combo will feature neon green and yellow numbers, along with a gradient shoulder design meant to resemble horns. Across the chest in neon green will be South Florida written out. The crown jewel of the uniform is the neon green chrome helmets that the bulls will wear to complete the look.
UCF has revealed their 2020 space uniform for their upcoming game. This year’s special uniform comes in a light grey jersey and pants combo with a black helmet. The center stripe of the helmet features the blueprint of the Orion Space Capsule, the area of the ship that carries the astronauts. The front bumper of the helmets will read 321, the local area code of the Space Coast and home of the Kennedy Space Center.
The shoulders of the jersey will feature a special pattern inspired by the Directional Flight Guidance Menu used to navigate through space. The Citronaut will be front and center on the v of the neck. This year’s numbers will feature constellations that have inspired the names of various roads and buildings on UCF’s campus. The numbers will be outlined in special silver reflected trim that will pop under the flash of lights.
The stripe down the sides of the pants features a grid pattern that is the same as the exterior of the Arecibo Observatory. While the circular navigation grid will represent the UCF campus pulled directly from the campus map.

Ole Miss Men’s Basketball has released their new white uniforms. The new look features navy piping with red letters and numbers. Ole Miss is displayed across the chest above the players number. The shorts feature a bold red and navy stripe pattern on the sides with the Ole Miss M.
Pitt Volleyball has revealed the team’s new alternate uniform. The new look pays homage to the city’s Steel-working industry. The jersey is an anthracite color with gold letters and numbers. On the right sleeve of the jerseys we see the Panthers script, while on the left sleeve is H2P. On the back above the players number is the new Pitt Panther logo. These are similar to the Steel City alternate uniforms that the football team wore earlier this year. We will see the Pitt Volleyball team take the court in the new look Friday vs Louisville.
This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Texas National Championship team and with that comes special uniforms that will pay tribute to that team. The white jerseys will feature burnt orange numbers and trim. The Texas word mark has been removed from the chest of the jerseys. The look is very basic with a touch of flash coming on the players gloves that will feature the retro Longhorn logo.
We will see Texas hit the field in the tribute uniforms on 10/24 vs Baylor. This will be the first time since 1950 that the Longhorns will wear white jersey for a home game.
Delaware has revealed new black uniforms for the team. The black jersey and pants combo feature blue and gold details. The word mark Delaware is on the chest of the jersey in blue with gold outline, while the numbers are inverted with a gold base outlined in blue. The right hip on the pants feature the Blue Hens logo. This gives the team a new options to hit the gridiron in.
