Jets Unveil “Gotham City Football” Rivalries Uniform

The New York Jets are adding a new chapter to their storied history with the unveiling of their “Gotham City Football” Rivalries uniform. Revealed Thursday morning, the look will make its on-field debut when the Jets host the Miami Dolphins on December 7 at MetLife Stadium.

As part of the NFL and Nike’s newly launched Rivalries program, the Jets are one of the first teams to showcase an alternate uniform designed to capture the spirit of their city and their fiercest matchups. Inspired by the grit and identity of New York, the “Gotham City Football” design pays homage to the toughness and work ethic that define the region.

“It quickly became evident that Gotham City Football was an obvious direction for us to take with the Rivalry uniform,” said Chris Pierce, vice president of fan commerce for the Jets. “Our green is filtered to reflect the hazy, steamy, smoky city streets, and we added Black, Light Iron Ore, and Dark Stucco to mirror the streetscape of New York. The nod to the iconic NYC manhole pattern on the shoulders and behind the plane logo is uniquely our own and powerful imagery for what it means to be a New York Jet. Adding our fifth uniform and third helmet in 16 months is something we’re extremely proud of. We want our uniforms to resonate with players and fans and showcase a deep emotional connection to this franchise.”

Nike and the NFL announced the Rivalries program during draft weekend, describing it as a four-year rollout designed to elevate some of the league’s most iconic rivalries. “The unveiling of the first eight Rivalries club uniforms and fan gear marks a significant moment for the NFL, Nike and Fanatics,” said Taryn Hutt, vice president of club marketing at the NFL. “Rivalries will bring fresh energy to the field with each new uniform, while amplifying the community and hometown pride that is rooted in each NFL fan.”

The Rivalries program will continue to expand in the coming years. In 2026, teams from the AFC South and NFC North will join the mix, followed by NFC East and AFC West in 2027, and finally the AFC North and NFC South in 2028. The Jets, meanwhile, will remain in the program through the 2028 season, giving fans plenty of opportunities to see how “Gotham City Football” evolves into a central part of the team’s identity.

Dallas Stars Unveil the ’99 Jersey: A Modern Tribute to a Stanley Cup Classic

The Dallas Stars are turning back the clock in the most iconic way possible. Interwoven with history and engineered with intention, the new ’99 jersey is a work of art honoring one of the franchise’s greatest moments, the 1999 Stanley Cup Playoffs. Every stitch carries meaning, every detail calls back to greatness, and the entire design breathes new life into the Stars’ identity for this season. This is more than a throwback. It’s a bridge across eras.

At the heart of the design is a tribute to the championship run that defined a generation of Stars hockey. Subtle, meaningful, and packed with symbolism, the jersey pulls directly from the energy of that unforgettable 1999 playoff push.

Inside the collar sits “3OT 1999,” a nod to the triple-overtime thriller that secured the franchise’s first Stanley Cup. It’s a detail that instantly transports fans back to the moment the Cup became reality when endurance, grit, and belief sealed the deal.

The jersey’s star-stripe design blends the unmistakable visual identity of 1999 with today’s modern aesthetic. It creates a clean connection between past and present, reminding fans that while the eras evolve, the spirit of Stars hockey endures.

Legacy logos return but refreshed. Each mark is reinterpreted through the team’s current color palette, merging tradition with contemporary energy. It’s nostalgia without feeling dated, and innovation without losing authenticity.

The ’99 jersey is a symbol of legacy, ambition, and belief. It reminds Stars fans where they’ve been and what the team still strives to achieve. With modern craftsmanship woven together with iconic memories, Dallas delivers a uniform that honors the champions of yesterday while energizing the chase for tomorrow.

USA Hockey Unveils 2026 Olympic & Paralympic Jerseys

With five months until the world’s best hit the ice in Milan-Cortina, USA Hockey has officially revealed its 2026 Olympic and Paralympic jerseys, a pair of sweaters rooted in history, built for performance, and designed to remind fans of a legendary American run.

This year’s look pulls direct inspiration from the 1960 U.S. Olympic men’s hockey team, the squad that shocked the world in Squaw Valley by winning America’s first-ever gold medal in the sport. Now, more than six decades later, Team USA is chasing gold again this time wearing a modern uniform that connects past glory to present ambition.

The diagonal “USA” lettering across the chest immediately grabs attention. Classic, bold, and unmistakably vintage, it mirrors the typography worn by the ’60 team. Fans of the New York Rangers will also recognize the diagonal wordmark, giving the jersey an unmistakable throwback vibe with a contemporary Nike finish.

This isn’t the first time Team USA has leaned into the 1960s aesthetic. During the 2010 Winter Games in Vancouver, the men’s team wore a set inspired by the same era and famously defeated Canada 5–3 in group play. That game marked the Americans’ first win over Canada at the Olympics since 1960.

With the NHL returning to the Olympic stage for the first time since 2014, and with February’s 4 Nations Face-Off rivalry matchups still fresh in fans’ minds, anticipation is sky-high for another USA–Canada showdown. History may not repeat itself but the jerseys certainly do.

The 2026 uniforms released in both white and royal blue were built by Nike using its latest Nike Swift technology, engineered to reduce weight and enhance aerodynamics. While sleek and modern on the ice, the sweaters are filled with subtle historical cues:

A gold-accented USA Hockey crest near the shoulder serves as a nod to America’s recent international success on the world stage.

A small silicone triangle at the neckline, a signature Nike design touch.

Inside the collar, the phrase “Land of the free, home of the brave.” This hidden detail also appeared in the 2014 Sochi jerseys, tying multiple Olympic eras together.

Despite the classic influence, the design isn’t confined to the past it’s built for high-speed play in a tournament where every edge counts.

This new 2026 look represents more than nostalgia. It’s a reminder of American resilience, growth, and belief that history can be rewritten again—on one of the biggest stages in sports.

Paris Saint-Germain & Jordan Brand Unveil Fourth Kit for 2025–2026

Paris Saint-Germain and Jordan Brand are back with another statement drop, officially unveiling the Club’s fourth kit for the 2025–2026 season. This year’s design goes beyond football culture, pulling from the world of Parisian couture ateliers to create a kit that blends elegance, creativity, and performance at the highest level.

For seven seasons now, PSG and Jordan Brand have delivered some of the most coveted and influential collabs in world football. The 2025–26 fourth kit continues that trend by leaning into what both brands do best: precision, boldness, and detail-driven craftsmanship.

The jersey itself is predominantly black, layered with anthracite grey tones and soft pink accents. Running down the center is a refined red stripe, a modern reinterpretation of one of PSG’s earliest visual identities. Much like a chalk line sketched across a designer’s pattern board, this stripe stands as a symbol of style, vision, and intention.

Every element of the jersey is engineered for both beauty and performance. A refined collar, visible stitching, and a focus on subtle textural shifts give the kit a couture-like finish. This includes the introduction of the Cross-Dye technique, used for the first time on a PSG kit, adding depth and contrast that elevate the jersey’s premium feel.

Since their groundbreaking partnership launched in 2018, PSG and Jordan Brand have consistently pushed the boundaries of what football design can be. These exclusive collections marked by the iconic Jumpman have become must-have drops each season, rivaling streetwear releases in both hype and influence. Last season’s Wings Collection proved this once again, elevating PSG’s presence on and off the pitch.

The 2025–26 fourth kit is the next evolution in that journey. With couture-inspired craftsmanship, modern football performance tech, and Jordan Brand’s unmistakable edge, PSG’s 2025–26 fourth kit is another standout chapter in one of the sport’s most influential partnerships.

FLORIDA GATORS UNVEIL CHAMPIONSHIP RINGS

Fresh off their thrilling 65–63 victory over top-ranked Houston in the 2025 men’s NCAA national championship, the Florida Gators are celebrating with hardware worthy of the moment. The program officially unveiled its 2025 championship rings and they’re loaded with symbolism, swagger, and a whole lot of Gator pride.

Led by standout guard Will Richard who dropped 18 points and grabbed eight boards in the title game, the Gators delivered one of the great comeback wins in program history. Now, that story is immortalized in a ring built to tell the entire journey.

Front and center, the championship ring features 12 stones forming the national championship trophy, one of them supersized on top. Those 12 stones mark the 12-point deficit Florida erased in the second half to storm back and claim the title. Floating above the trophy is Florida’s iconic “Gators” script, outlined in blue for a classic touch of Gainesville tradition.

On the left side of the ring sits the national championship logo, paired with three diamonds representing the program’s three titles: 2006, 2007, and 2025. Just beneath it? The final score that sealed their legacy.

Inside the ring, the team’s motto “We all can go.” is etched as a reminder of the belief that powered their championship push.

The right side highlights Florida’s SEC championship trophy with five stones to honor the team's five conference titles (2005, 2006, 2007, 2014, 2025). The score of their SEC title win—an 86–77 victory over then-No. 8 Tennessee—and the team’s dominant 36–4 season record sit just below.

Open the inner latch and the narrative continues. Florida’s entire tournament road, opponents and scores, is etched inside the ring. Above it sit six orange stones, symbolizing the program’s six Final Four appearances, while three blue stones beneath it honor the Gators’ three national championships.

Surrounding the ring are 36 stones, one for each win during their unforgettable 2024–25 campaign.

Finishing the interior is a gold Fighting Gator logo positioned above an engraving of the Stephen C. O’Connell Center, the heart of Gator Nation.
